The Brief
After successfully placing a key manager at a leading London food manufacturer, Tiro was approached by the General Manager of the company’s flagship Manchester site to address an urgent hiring need. The issue? The Senior Engineering Manager recently hired to manage the site failed his probation, leaving a large team without a leader.
The Challenge
Before approaching Tiro, the business had already used its internal recruitment team to advertise, and when that failed, they engaged a recruitment agency. However, after eight unsuccessful interviews, the General Manager was frantic.
